MKOB PROGRAMME
Aim

The aim of these meetings is to inform and inspire employers in the Social Care Sector in the MKOB region about the advantages to their business of the development of good leadership and good management skills.

SESSION 1.    Developing Your Business – The Importance of Good Leadership for Good Management - an inspirational presentation by Fidelma Tinneny / David Tanner

SESSION 2.    How to Manage HR Issues

SESSION 3.    Business Planning and Budgeting


There will be a presentation and discussion followed by a buffet lunch with time for networking and further informal discussion.
